摘要 PURPOSE: A magnetic material composition for ceramic electronic components, a manufacturing method thereof, and a ceramic electronic component using thereof are provided to enhance sinterability and magnetic property by adding silver nitrate to nickel-zinc-copper ferrite with a proper ratio. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic material composition for ceramic electronic component comprises nickel-zinc - copper ferrite powder and silver nitrate(AgNO3). The nickel-zinc-copper ferrite powder comprises 47-49 molar portion of ionic oxide(Fe203), 16-24 molar portion of nickel oxide(NiO), 18-25 molar portion of zinc oxide(ZnO), and 7-13 molar portion of cupric oxide(CuO). The silver nitrate(AgNO3) is included 0.01-0.5 part by weight based on 100 parts by weight of nickel-zinc-copper ferrite powder. A manufacturing method of the magnetic material composition for the ceramic electronic component comprises next steps: preparing raw materials of ionic oxide(Fe203), nickel oxide(NiO), cupric oxide(CuO), and zinc oxide(ZnO); mixing the raw materials and milling thereof; manufacturing nickel-zinc-copper ferrite powder by drying and incinerating the mixture; and mixing the nickel-zinc-copper ferrite powder with silver nitrate(AgNO3).
