PURPOSE: A device for treating a sample is provided to reduce a utilization of treating liquid with toxicity and to prevent environmental pollution caused by the treating liquid because consumption of the treating liquid used for treating a sample is minimized. CONSTITUTION: A device for treating a sample comprises a reservoir(100), a support unit, and an elevating unit(300). The reservoir comprises a space to house a sample(S) and sample treating liquid(L). The support unit is installed inside of the reservoir. The sample is seated in the support unit comprising a main support plate(210) having a width shorter than a long side length of the sample. The elevating unit is joined to the bottom surface of the main support plate, thereby moving the support unit up and down.
