PURPOSE: An undercover structure for reducing the noise at out of a car is provided to reduce the noise at out of a car transferred from the engine room installed in a car comprising a high performance engine. CONSTITUTION: An undercover structure for reducing the noise at out of a car comprises an undercover(10), a side cover(30), a sound absorbing material(40). The undercover is extended to a transmission mount through an engine room of a car. The undercover comprises a pair of side extensions. The pair of side extensions is extended into vertical direction as determined length in the cross section of left and right. The side cover comprises a bottom surface and the extension surface bent from the bottom surface. The side cover is installed in the right side of the undercover. The sound absorbing material is attached in the bottom surface of the undercover.
