PURPOSE: A table shock absorber of a medical bed is provided to effectively absorb an impact applied to a table. CONSTITUTION: A table shock absorber of a medical bed comprises a cylinder(100), a piston rod(200), and a piston(300). The cylinder is attached to the frame of a structure. In the cylinder, the internal space thereof is sealed by a sealing cap. The cylinder is partly filled with oil. A pair of piston rods is connected through both sides of the cylinder and linearly moves inside the cylinder. A pair of the pistons is combined with the end of the piston rod. The piston is equipped with a flange and a flow controller.
