PURPOSE: A non-negative pressure radiator cap with a built in a ball valve is provided to circulate cooling water between a cooling tank and a sub tank smoothly as the cooling water is overflowed to the sub tank caused by an increase of a pressurized packing and a spring cap. CONSTITUTION: As to a non-negative pressure radiator cap with a built in a ball valve, a spring cap(160) is connected to a spring guide(140), which is inserted into a bottom end of a connection cap(110). The spring cap is shaped into one body with plastic materials. A pressure spring(150) is connected between the spring cap and the spring guide. A ball(170) is placed inside water passages by shaping a through portion(161) forming the water passages in a center of the spring cap into one body. An upper end of an inner sides of the through portion forms contact parts(162), which is gradually narrow towards the center A plurality of water passage grooves are formed between a bottom end of the contact parts with forming a plurality of guide ribs. A pressure packing(180) is connected to a holder(165) in the bottom end of the through portion. A retaining ring(190) is connected to a fitting groove part on an upper end of the holder. The retaining ring forms a plurality of support protrusions inward to support the ball(170).
