PURPOSE: An industrial pipe heating device is provided to secure a high heat-retaining performance because heating units are closely adhered to a pipe. CONSTITUTION: An industrial pipe heating device comprises a pair of heating units(110) enclosing a pipe. Each heating unit comprises a first heating block(130), a thermal insulation material(140), and a heater(150). A pipe receiving portion(131) of the first heating block accepts at least a part of the pipe. The thermal insulation material is formed in the outer side of the first heating block. The heater is arranged between the first heating block and thermal insulation material.
