PURPOSE: A rattle noise reduction structure of a MDPS(Motor Driven Power Steering) car through using fluid pressure is provided to reduce rattle noise generated by a car through using a hydraulic structure which was not applied to a MDPS car. CONSTITUTION: A rattle noise reduction structure of a MDPS car comprises a cylinder(10), a rack(20), a piston(30), a pipe(40). The rack passes through inside of a cylinder into longitudinal direction. The piston is coupled with one side of the rack and adhered closely to the inner side of cylinder and divides the cylinder into a first space(11) and a second space(12). The pipe offers path between the first space and the second space through one side of the pipe being connected with the first space and the other side being connected with the second space.
