A plastics spray bottle has a cup-like insert plug 5 with a spray tube 11 closed by a diaphragm 12 and a cap 7 also closed by a diaphragm 10. When the closure cap 4 is screwed into position, a piercer 15 on its inner surface pierces the diaphragms 10, 12 and rests sealingly against the edges 16, 17 of the apertures, in order to prevent liquid 6 in the cup-like insert 5 and that in the bottle from mixing. For spraying, the closure cap 4 is removed, the bottle is inverted and is squeezed, so that the liquid in the bottle mixes with the liquid 6 in a mixing chamber 13 as the mixture is sprayed out. |
