PURPOSE: A power supply device, a power supply method, and a 3D LED TV system having the same are provided to reduce the design cost and size of the power supply device. CONSTITUTION: A first AC/DC converter(130) generates the converted AC power of which the phase of voltage and current has been identically changed. A link capacitor stores the converted AC power. A second DC/DC converter(150) converts the converted AC power stored in the link capacitor to the converted DC power. The peak part of the converted AC power is identical to the peak part of the pulse DC power.
