PURPOSE: A mouthpiece mounting upper teeth is provided to accurately mount with upper teeth, and to facilitate breathing and telling. CONSTITUTION: A mouthpiece mounting upper teeth comprises a combining groove in which upper teeth(100) is inserted. The upper part of the combining groove is formed to cover the upper teeth, and the lower part of the body is formed to cover the front bottom of lower teeth(200). The combining groove has a same shape of the upper teeth by imitating the same. A gum protection part is formed by expanding from the upper part of the combining groove upwardly, for covering the gum of the upper teeth.
