APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING A SCHEDULING REQUEST IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a scheduling request signal in a mobile communication system is provided to reduce delay of SR transmission in order to sequentially transmit backward data and scheduling request in a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: A transmission resource for backward transmission is available for TTI(Traffic and Travel Information). A PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel) resource for SR(Scheduling Request) transmission is set up as the TTI. The terminal inspects whether an SR-prohibit timer is operated(530,535). The terminal directs in order to transmit the SR by using the PUCCH resource(545).
