PURPOSE: A hydrodynamic bearing assembly and a recording disc driving device are provided to couple a sleeve with a cover plate with an adhesive and couple the sleeve with the cover plate by welding. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(120) supports a shaft. An installation unit(122) is formed on a lower part of the sleeve. The outer circumference of a cover plate(130) is coupled with a side of the installation unit by an adhesive. The bottom of the cover plate contacts an extension surface which is extended from the installation unit. Therefore, an outflow of a lubricant fluid is prevented.
