摘要 PURPOSE: A heat recycling system having a heat exchanger of a lower hopper and a fluid sand cooler of a fluidized bed combustor is provided to improve the efficiency of cooling fluid sand and steam production because high-temperature combustion air is converted into steam of cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recycling system comprises a combustion chamber(2), a heat exchanger(10), a gas air heater(80), a combustion air feeding unit(150), and a fluid sand cooling device. The combustion chamber burns wood chips and biomass and fluidizes the fluid sand. The heat exchanger inhales heat and discharges the heated air while moving the combustion air through a first duct(4). The gas air heater moves high-temperature combustion air discharged from the heat exchanger to a second duct(6) and inhales waste heat and heats air. The combustion air feeding unit feeds high-temperature combustion air of the gas air heater through a third duct(8) to the combustion chamber. The fluid sand cooling device moves the cooling water, thereby generating steam in a steam drum(160) by cooling overheated fluid sand.
