PURPOSE: A semiautomatic brushing machine is provided to simultaneously polish burrs in the upper and lower parts of a wheel by using first and second polishing units. CONSTITUTION: A semiautomatic brushing machine comprises a dust scattering prevention unit(50), first and second polishing units(30,70), a dust collector(100), upper and lower rotational operating units(10,60), and upper and lower lifting units(40,80). Dust is not scattered over a work place even though a cover(54) of the dust scattering prevention unit is lifted after polishing a surface of a wheel(9) because dust generated while simultaneously polishing the upper and lower parts of the wheel is collected by the dust collector connected to a suction pipe(101). The fist and second polishing units are repeatedly rotated forward and reversely, thereby polishing the surface of the wheel. The operation of the upper and lower rotational operating units are stopped after the polishing the surface of the wheel is finished, the upper and lower lifting units are returned to an initial state. |
