NOVEL COMPOUND, CATALYST COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME AND A PROCESS OF PREPARING FOR POLYETHYLENE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel organic chrome compounds and a catalyst composition containing the same are provided to maintain high catalyst activity and alpha-olefin selectivity and to prepare polyolefin of low density. CONSTITUTION: An organic chrome compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The organic chrome compound is used as a catalyst for polyethylene polymerization. A support catalyst supports the organic chrome compounds in a carrier. The carrier is silica or alumina. A catalyst composition contains the organic chrome compounds and further contains co-catalyst of a compound of chemical formula 2([L-H]+[ZA4]- or [L]+[ZA4]-) or chemical formula 3(-[Al(R8)-O]n-).
