<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve injection ratio of electronics from a top electrode to an organic light-emitting layer by adding low molecular material to each organic light-emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bottom electrodes(14) is formed at each a plurality of organic electroluminescent devices. Hole injecting layers(16AR, 16AG, 16AB) and hole-transport layers(16BR, 16BG, 16BB) have one property of hole injection or hole transport. A plurality of organic light-emitting layers comprises low molecular material. An electron injection layer(16E) and an electron-transport layer(16D) are formed on the front side of the plurality of organic light-emitting layers. A top electrode(17) is formed on the electron injection layer and the electron-transport layer.</p> |
