METHOD FOR SCRIBING LAMINATED SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A scribing method of laminated substrates is provided to prevent skipping of intersection by using cutter wheels having different cutout number. CONSTITUTION: A scribing method of laminated substrates uses a first cutter wheel(12) and a second cutter wheel(13). In the first cutter wheel, cut-away and protrusions are formed along the circumference ridge by turns. A girth direction length of the cutout is shorter than girth direction length of the protrusion. A pitch of the cutout is a first length. In the second cutter wheel, cutout and protrusions are formed along the circumference ridge by turns. A girth direction length of the cutout is shorter than girth direction length of the protrusion. A pitch of the cutout is shorter than the first length.
