PURPOSE: An industrial heating device and vaporization apparatus using the same are provided to secure an easy heat-retaining work of a pipe because a pair of unit heating members is joined while enclosing the pipe. CONSTITUTION: An industrial heating device comprises a heating member(110), a temperature sensor(151), and a resistor. The heating member encloses a pipe. The temperature sensor senses a temperature of the pipe heated by the heating members. The resistor is electrically connected with a resistance of the heating member in parallel.
