PURPOSE: A beryllium-copper alloy plunger tip for diecasting and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure a plunger tip with superior abrasion resistance and lubrication property against frequent rubbing with a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a beryllium-copper alloy plunger tip for diecasting comprises the steps of: continuously casting a beryllium-copper alloy wire rod from passing molten metal(S10), cutting the wire rod to a certain length and forging the wire rod by striking the surface(S20), machining the wire rod into a plunger tip through cutting and grinding(S30), age-hardening the plunger tip(S40), and polishing the treated plunger tip(S50).
