PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve luminous efficiency by adjusting the thickness of a quantum barrier layer of an active layer and inducing constructive interference between lights. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(150) is formed on a substrate(110). The light emitting structure comprises a first conductive semiconductor layer(120), an active layer(130), and a second conductive semiconductor layer(140). The active layer is formed between the first conductive semiconductor layer and the second conductive semiconductor layer. A light transmission electrode layer(160) is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. A second electrode(142) is formed on the light transmission electrode layer. A first electrode(122) is formed on the first conductive semiconductor layer which is exposed. |
