The device (1) has a pivoting mobile (5) comprising a guiding unit (7) i.e. mobile pin (71), cooperating with a complementary guiding unit (9) that has a plate (3) fixed to and pivotingly secured with a balance (2). The guiding unit or complementary guiding unit includes a cam for moving closer the mobile of a pivot axis (D1) when the balance pivots in a pivot direction (B1) and for moving away the mobile when the balance pivots in another pivot direction (B2) opposite the former pivot direction. The complementary guiding unit or guiding unit has a fixed finger for cooperating with the cam.
