The present invention relates to a front wheel speed up 4-wheel driving apparatus of an agricultural tractor. The front wheel speed up 4-wheel driving apparatus includes: a traveling system driving axle installed on a transmission of a tractor; a front axle connection shaft connected to or separated from the traveling system driving axle, the front axle connection shaft being connected to a front axle of the tractor; a driven gear coupled to the traveling system driving axle; a 4-wheel driving dog clutch mounted on an end of the front axle connection shaft; a front wheel speed up hydraulic wet clutch mounted on the front axle connection shaft; a hub gear connected to the front speed up hydraulic wet clutch, the hub gear being mounted on the front axle connection shaft; a front speed up oil passage connected to the inside of the front speed up hydraulic wet clutch; a 4-wheel oil passage connected to the inside of the 4-wheel driving dog clutch; and a front speed up driven shaft having one side in which a front speed up gear mounted on an outer circumference of the front speed up driven shaft is gear-coupled to the hub gear and the other side in which a gear mounted on an outer circumference of the front speed up driven shaft is gear-coupled to the driven gear. When an operation of an engine of the tractor is stopped, the supply of an oil pressure through the front speed up oil passage and the 4-wheel driving oil passage may be intercepted to stop an operation of the front speed up hydraulic wet clutch due to removing of the oil pressure. Thus, the front speed up operation may not be performed, and the 4-wheel driving dog clutch may be operated. Therefore, the front axle connection shaft may be automatically connected to the traveling system driving axle to realize 4-wheel driving.
