PURPOSE: A carrying clip is provided to prevent an installed ceiling panel from twisting by preventing a carrying channel from becoming separated from a carrying insertion unit. CONSTITUTION: A carrying clip(A) is composed as follows. Left and right webs(11,11') are vertically bent at both sides of a horizontal holding piece(10). Hanging guides(12,12') are inward bent at the left and right webs. A carrying insertion unit(13) is formed between the front bottom of the horizontal holding piece and the front tops of the hanging guides. An upper hanging piece(101) is horizontally extended from the front of the horizontal holding piece and is vertically bent. Lower hanging pieces(121,121') are formed on the hanging guides and are vertically bent.
