PURPOSE: A backlight unit, a coupling device, and a method thereof are provided to automize manual sub assembly processes to reduce defects, thereby increasing a production yield. CONSTITUTION: A pallet(1020) grips and transfers a guide panel(250). A suction machine(1040) suctions a light guide plate(230), transfers the light guide plate onto the pallet, and places the light guide plate on the guide panel. The suction machine suctions the light guide plate by a vacuum suction method. |
