A FLAME RETARDANT COMPOSITION FOR MULTILAYER WIRING BOARD AND A MULTILAYER WIRING BOARD COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A flame-retarding resin composition and a multi-layer wiring substrate including thereof are provided to improve fire retardant characteristic, moisture absorption resistance, and splitting resistance. CONSTITUTION: A flame-retarding resin composition comprises naphthalene-modified epoxy resin, cresol novolac epoxy resin, rubber-modified epoxy resin, and phosphorous-based epoxy resin, and a flame retardant which is represented by chemical formula 1. The naphthalene-modified epoxy resin has average epoxy equivalent of 100-600. The cresol novolac epoxy resin has average epoxy equivalent of 300-600. The rubber-modified type epoxy resin has average epoxy equivalent of 100-500. The phosphorous based resin has average epoxy equivalent of 400-800.
