PURPOSE: Roasted grain powder for sasang constitution diagnosis(oriental physical constitution classifying method) is provided to supply abundant nutrients to users having different types of sasang constitution. CONSTITUTION: Roasted grain powder for sasang constitution diagnosis(oriental physical constitution classifying method) contains roasted grain powder for eumin(people with colder body heat) and roasted grain powder for yangin(people with higher body heat) in a weight ratio of 65-75:25-35. The roasted grain powder for eumin is obtained by the following steps: soaking glutinous rice, brown rice, adlay, glutinous millet, and other grains in a solution obtained by extracting ginseng, glycyrrhizae radix, citric acid, or astragalus membranaceus; and steaming and drying the grains, and roasting before pulverizing. The roasted grain powder for yangin is obtained by the following steps: soaking rice, barley, buckwheat, mung beans and other grains in a solution obtained by extracting ganoderma lucidum, lycium chinense, cassia tora, or vitamin C; and steaming and drying the grains, and roasting before pulverizing. |
