<p>PURPOSE: A speed heating device with an air conditioner and a control process of the same is provided to minimize a decrease of the conditioning performance by operating a cascade water heater and secure a refrigerant balance between the cascade water heater and a plurality of indoor units. CONSTITUTION: A speed heating device with an air conditioner and a control process of the same comprises an outdoor unit(2), a plurality of indoor units and a cascade water heater. The outdoor unit a compressor which compresses a first refrigerants, and an outdoor heat exchanger(12), which exchanges heat between the first refrigerants and outdoor air. The plurality of the indoor units are connected to the outdoor unit and comprises an indoor heat exchanger(23), which exchanges the heat between the first refrigerants and the indoor air. The cascade water heater is connected to the plurality of the indoor units to operate at the same time, and heat-exchanged with the first refrigerants and second refrigerants. The cascade water heater comprises a variable capacity compressor(32), a water-refrigerant heat exchanger(34), an expansion device(36) and a cascade heat exchanger(38). The second refrigerants compressed in the variable capacity compressor are condensed with heating the water in the water-refrigerant heat exchanger. The second refrigerants swelled in the expansion device are evaporated through heat-exchanging with the first refrigerants in the cascade heat exchanger. The cascade water heater changes a flow amount of the second refrigerants according to the outdoor temperature, operation factors of the cascade water heater and indoor units, the temperature of the water from the water-refrigerant heat exchanger.</p> |
