COMPOSITION OF CALCIUM SULFOALUMINATE TYPE CLINKER, CEMENT COMPRISING THE SAME AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A calcium sulfo-aluminate based clinker composition, cement including thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase utilization of industrial byproduct and use amount of natural resources, and protect environment. CONSTITUTION: A calcium sulfo-aluminate based clinker composition comprises electric furnace reduction slag, gypsum, and more than 1 kind of coal ash which is selected from bottom ash and fly ash. The calcium sulfo-aluminate aluminate based clinker composition comprises 40-80 weight% of the electric furnace reduction slag, 10-40 weight% of thermoelectric power station coal, and 5-25 weight% of the gypsum. The electric furnace reduction slag comprises 30-60 weight% of CaO, 15-40 weight% of al2O3, 1-15 weight% of SiO2, and 7-25 weight% of minor components which includes Fe2O3, MnO, MgO, P2O5, TiO2, and SO3. The cement comprises 20-60 weight% of calcium sulfo-aluminate aluminate based clinker composition, 20-60 weight% of Portland cement, 10-25 weight% of anhydrous gypsum, 5-15 weight% of calcium hydroxide, 0.5-3 weight% of sodium sulfate.
