PURPOSE: A unit for tightening knees is provided to correct the posture of a user by preventing the knees of the user from widening and to alleviate fatigue of legs, pelvis, and backbone of the user by reducing a pressure added to the legs and the pelvis when the user sits for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A unit for tightening knees comprises: an elastic fixing unit(10) which has a band shape and is worn on the knees; a cover unit(20) which is comprised of an outer cover for covering the fixing unit and has an outer side in which a zipper(21) is mounted; and a lid unit which is connected to the cover unit and is comprised of an upper cover for covering thighs and a lower cover for covering calves.
