SSR MARKERS AND PRIMERS RELATED WITH TUMV-C4 RESISTANCE GENE IN BRASSICA RAPA

PURPOSE: An SSR marker and primer related to TUMV-C4 and a primer sensing the same are provided to conveniently and accurately distinguish disease resistant individual and disease susceptibility individual. CONSTITUTION: An SSP(simple sequence repeat) primer pair has two base sequences selected from sequence numbers 1-4. The SSR primer pair has a primer pair of sequence numbers 1 and 2 or sequence number 3 and 4. The base sequence is derived from Brassica campestris L. A method for distinguishing resistance and susceptibility to TuMV-C4 comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from Brassica campestris L.; a step of performing PCR using the SSR primer pair and genome DNA; a step of isolating PCR products by size; and a step of analyzing PCR result.
