PURPOSE: A spoon and chopstick washing apparatus is provided to completely wash food waste off spoons and chopsticks by socking the spoons and chopsticks and spraying water from two sides. CONSTITUTION: A spoon and chopstick washing apparatus comprises a storage unit(10), a transfer unit(20), a washing unit(30), a rinsing unit(40), and a drying unit(50). The transfer unit comprises a body(23) with an inlet(21) and an outlet(22) and a transfer conveyor(24) formed inside the body. The washing unit comprises spray nozzles(32) arranged on the upper and lower sides of the transfer conveyor and a washing tank(33). The rinsing unit comprises rinsing nozzles(42) arranged on the upper and lower sides of the transfer conveyor to spray rinsing liquid and a rinsing tank(43). The drying unit comprises air knives(52) arranged on the upper and lower sides of the transfer conveyor. The air knife blows air with a blower(51) to remove moisture from spoons and chopsticks.
