PURPOSE: A tiltable streetlamp is provided to enable the easy replacement of components, such as a camera and a lamp, by easily tilting posts of the streetlamp without an additional lift device. CONSTITUTION: A tiltable streetlamp(100) comprises a lower lamp post(110), an upper lamp post(120), and a fixing device(130). The lower lamp post is fixed to the ground and has a lower cut plane(112). A lamp(121) is installed in the upper lamp post. The upper lamp post is coupled to the top of the lower lamp post through a joint(115) and has an upper cut plane(122). The fixing device binds the upper lamp post to the lower lamp post.
