PURPOSE: A silicon mat and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the touch sensation of the mat, water-tightness and the air permeability for a sound sleep. CONSTITUTION: A silicon mat includes: a mat body(10) which is made of silicon materials and placed on a patient's bed; a micro particle far-infrared ray radiator(20) which is permeated in the mat body; a surface sheet layer(30) which is fixed to the bottom surface of the met body via the thermocompression process and is made of non-elastic fabric materials; a seating groove part in which an adsorption pad is settled while having a constant length and width on the upper surface of the mat body; and several slope groove portions in which a connection pad is settled while being expanded from the adsorption pad.
