PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to increase a surface area of a touch panel, to increase touch sensitivity and to prevent the damage of a panel by repetitive touch. CONSTITUTION: A concavo-convex(3) is formed in an upper part(1) and a lower part(2) of a touch panel. The upper part or the lower part is a contact part. The contact part is a dot spacer. The touch panel is a resistive film type. The upper part and the lower part is a transparent electrode.
