PURPOSE: A recording medium and a manufacturing method thereof, and a data writing/reading device therefor are provided to configure a memory cell which includes a lower electrode layer, a ferroelectric layer, and an upper electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A body is rectangular. A recording area is formed in the body. A plurality of memory cells(20) and a plurality of touch pads are formed on the recording area. The memory cell includes a ferroelectric layer(23). Data is recorded on the memory cell through the touch pads. |
