PURPOSE: A generator which uses multi-stage rotation acceleration power of a rotator is provided to minimize supply energy which is necessary for power generation by separating a rotator of the lowest bottom from a rotator of the next stage and multiplying multiplies the speed of rotation of the rotator through a gear member of multi-stage. CONSTITUTION: A DC power source is supplied to a DC motor. A rotator is connected to the DC motor. A rotary shaft separator member(30) separates a rotary shaft of the rotator to top and bottom. A power transmission member(100) supplies electricity which is developed in a generator. A charging member(110) is charged by the electricity supplied from the power transmission member. A control device is connected to a sensor(121) which senses the speed of rotation of a generator rotor(91). The control device controls the rotary shaft separator member according to the speed of rotation of the generator rotor.
