PURPOSE: A height adjustable pillow is provided to enable a user to conveniently and efficiently pull a lever in order to adjust the height of the pillow. CONSTITUTION: A height adjustable pillow comprises an upper plate(10), a lower plate(20), a first link member(31), a second link member(32), a screw member(80), and a rotary plate(190). First and second link members cross between an upper plate and a lower plate and both ends thereof move in the longitudinal direction of the upper and lower plates. In a screw member, a bevel gear is installed. In the screw part of the screw member, a first screw part and a second screw part are formed. In the first screw part and second screw part, a first nut member and a second nut member are respectively installed. The rotary plate is rotated by pulling a lever. |
