PURPOSE: A rescue ladder installation frame is provided to receive a rescue ladder in order to enable users to evacuate downstairs by using the spread rescue ladder. CONSTITUTION: A rescue ladder installation frame comprises: a rectangular frame structure main body(201) in which the upper part and lower part thereof are opened; a top cover(205) covering the opened front of the main body; a top cover hinge which fixes one side of the top cover to the main body; a top cover handle(203) capable of opening and closing the top cover; a rescue ladder fixture which pivotally fixes the rescue ladder to the main body; a lower cover covering the opened surface of the main body; a lower cover hinge which fixes one side of the lower cover to the main body; a lower cover hanger; and an outer attachment plate(209).
