PURPOSE: A multi-functional folding-fan handle is provided to apply various functions to folding-fans by assembling a folding fan plate and various appendages to the upper head part of the handle. CONSTITUTION: A slot groove(11) is vertically formed at a multi-functional folding-fan handle. A folding-fan plate is inserted into the slot groove. The folding-fan handle is integrated with an appendage installing unit(100). A through hole(12) is formed at the upper head part of the folding-fan handle to the thickness direction. A holding groove(13) is formed at one side of the through hole. The diameter of the holding groove is wider than the diameter of the through hole. An appendage is inserted into the through hole. The outer part of the appendage is held at the holding groove and is fixed with a fixing ring(20).
