PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to reduce current consumption by not driving a differential amplifier under a level condition of an input signal when a level of an output signal is not transited even through an enable signal is activated. CONSTITUTION: A differential amplifier(11) generates an output signal of a first level or a second level in response to a level of a first input signal and a second input signal in a driving mode and generates an output signal of a second level in a non-driving mode. A control unit(12) maintains the non-driving state of the differential amplifier in response to the first input signal of the second level. |
