PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a back light and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to seclude an area in which light leaks at the non-light emitting area by including a black package part on the outer side of a white package part having an LED chip settling part. CONSTITUTION: An LED package is composed of a white package part(161) and a black package part(162). The white package part and the black package part are formed into a different kind mold. A lead frame(163) is installed in an LED settling part of inner bottom of the LED package. An LED chip(164) is installed on the lead frame. A metal wiring(165) interlink the LED chip and the lead frame. A fluorescent substance(166) covers the LED chip and the lead frame. The inner side of the white package part of the LED package is filled with a resin(167). |
