PURPOSE: An electronic device with an effective heat transfer structure and a multimedia reproducing device with the same are provided to discharge heat of CODEC chips of a microprocessor or a multimedia device through a housing. CONSTITUTION: A heating source(31) is mounted on an electronic circuit board(3). A housing(4) receives the board. The housing includes a cover member(4b) and a lower base(4a). The cover member and the lower base are vertically located on the substrate. A heat emitting structure(41) is formed on either one of the cover member or the lower base. The heat emitting structure touches one side of the board.
