PURPOSE: A reset circuit for a controller and a reset method using the same are provided to supply reset signals to the circuits in the system when supplied power is unstable. CONSTITUTION: A reset circuit(100) comprises a first reset circuit(110), a second reset circuit(120), and an output processing unit(130). The first reset circuit is combined with the second reset circuit. The reset output node of the first reset circuit and the reset output node of the second reset circuit transfer the reset signals to the other circuit through the output processing unit. The output processing unit activates reset signals as reset output nodes of the reset circuit when the reset signals are activated in one between the first and second reset circuits. The output processing unit connects the first reset circuit to a capacitor.
