PURPOSE: A system for 4 sided monitoring integrated vehicle black box based on a MOST network and a method thereof are provided to build an efficient vehicle monitoring system by integrating a vehicle monitoring system with a black box. CONSTITUTION: A black box module(111~114) is mounted in an interface module(110). An image processing module(120) decodes and renders data of the interface module and converts an image. A control unit(150) controls an operation for monitoring of all directions of a vehicle by a sensing signal of a speed sensing module(160) and a collision sensor(170). A battery control unit(180) automatically converts battery usage modes of a main battery and a sub battery according to a state of a vehicle.
