PURPOSE: An elastic moving machine and a portable electronic device using the same are provided to obtain a long slide distance with only small components. CONSTITUTION: A first member(110) has a moving route. A mobile member(130) can move along with the moving route. An elastic support device(150) elastically supports the mobile member. The elastic support device provides an elastic force which moves the moving member with the moving route. A second member(115) is combined with the first member. The second member forms an elastic support device receiving object.
