PURPOSE: A separable platelet rich plasma extraction kit is provided to improve the simplicity of extraction and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A separable platelet rich plasma extraction kit comprises a first centrifuge tube(1) and a second centrifuge tube(2). The first centrifuge tube separates injected blood by using a centrifuge. The second centrifuge tube extracts more plasma from the platelet poor plasma, platelet rich plasma, and red blood cell of the separated blood. The first centrifuge tube is formed in a shape of a cylinder having open top and is equipped with a cover and an inner tube. A jaw preventing separation is formed on the inner side of the first centrifuge tube.
