PURPOSE: A terahertz imaging method and a terahertz imaging device using the same are provided to increase the success probability of an operation by easily grasping an area and a depth of a tumor. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz electromagnetic wave is radiated to a tumor area of a tumor and a normal area near the tumor area(S100). A first electric signal and a second electric signal are generated based on the terahertz reflected from the normal area and the tumor area(S110). A 3D image of the tumor is generated based on the first electric signal and the second electric signal(S120). The generated 3D image is displayed(S130).
