PURPOSE: A non-skid pavement composition, having dual cure structures, and a construction method using the same are provided to improve anti-skid function and skid resistance. CONSTITUTION: A non-skid pavement composition(10) comprises tisocyanate 3-8 weight%, polyol 10-20 weight%, amine 0.1-0.5 weight%, urethane prepolymer 5-10 weight%, solvent included hardener 5-20 weight%, crushed ceramics 20-35 weight%, and silica 13-25 weight%.
