PURPOSE: A wireless communication terminal is provided to enable a user to effectively manage the quantity of a motion by measuring a wrist pulse wave through a pulse wave sensor. CONSTITUTION: Sensor information(101) is collected by a reference pressure sensor, a pulse wave sensor, and a motion sensor. Voice and image information(102) are collected by a microphone and a camera. Artificial emergency information(103) is collected by an impact sensor and an emergency button. The collected information is transmitted to an emergency signal generation unit(105).
