PURPOSE: A road sign device is provided to improve an energy saving effect by lighting indication panels in the night using solar heat collected during daytime. CONSTITUTION: A road sign device comprises a base bar(30), multiple indication panels(40), and a solar heat collection unit. The base bar comprises a center(31), coupling legs(35) and insertion channels(H2). The coupling legs have the openings of the insertion channels. Each indication panel has an indication unit(41) having a light emitting function and a fastening unit corresponding to the insertion channel. The indication panels are inserted into the insertion channels. The solar heat collection unit is installed on one side of the base bar and collects solar heat. And the solar heat collection unit selectively lights the indication units.
